The Constitutional Organization Of Liberty (COOL) reserves the right to reject any applicant for participation or membership or to
terminate same for due cause as determined by the Board; refund of payments subject to the discretion of the Board.

Some of COOL's courses - notably the "Institute On The Constitution" - include a strong emphasis on the Judeo-Christian tradition
and the course presentation incorporates a Biblical perspective of history, law and government, including the religious influence on
the settlement of America as well as the religious beliefs of the Founding Fathers.

Course instructors are responsible to ensure all relevant study material is reviewed, and while open discussion is encouraged, it is
necessarily limited at the instructors discretion.  Participants are expected to respect instructors and fellow participants at all times.
COOL reserves the right to dismiss any participant who acts in an offensive, abusive or disrespectful manner.

*Pennsylvania law requires that we report the name, address, occupation, and employer for each individual whose
contributions aggregate in excess of $50 in a calendar year.  Political contributions are not tax deductible.  No corporate
checks can be received.  Federal limit per individual is $20,000 per year.
